jultrim18 132 Posted December 21, 2018 I still do not trust my sleeve at 4 months post-op. If I try something new and I’m not home, it can be a nightmare! So embarrassing!! No McDonald’s for me or pizza 😭😭😭 my sleeve hated it!!!! 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

It can be either, though refined sugary crap seems to be the most common. https://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/dumping-syndrome-causes-foods-treatments#1 Might it also be lactose intolerance that you developed after surgery, from the (presumed) buttermilk in the dip? Frustr8 7,886 Posted December 25, 2018 Guess what I am intolerant of, and it isn't gluten or lactose. Bananas, yep , a teeny tablespoon , in shakes , anything with 🍌 as an ingredient, Up She Comes! And I have tried it every week or so because Tomkitten loves those , but no can do!
