sillykitty 10,776 Posted December 18, 2018 Most multi's make me nauseas, before and after WLS I'm not sure if they have iodine, but this is what I take. Very complete and don't bother my stomach at all. I buy them on Amazon 3 Wanda247, GreenTealael and FluffyChix reacted to this
FluffyChix 17,415 Posted December 18, 2018 Iodine Free Multivitamins on Amazon.< /a> You are just gonna have to experiment. You will need to experiment with brands, styles (chewable, gummies, capsules, etc) and will have to experiment with when to take them...before a meal, after a meal, etc. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this

LaNueva_Janie 143 Posted December 18, 2018 I use this patch for multivitamins recommended by my surgeon. Blood test came back normal.Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app
KC Chris 9 Posted December 20, 2018 Same as LaNueva_Janie...I switch between the Centrum chewables and the Patches. I also use the liquid D3 and Vitamin B's. Liquid Calcium is thick and sometimes just does not go down well. 1 LaNueva_Janie reacted to this
