Hop_Scotch 1,632 Posted December 18, 2018 30lb pound in 40 days sounds pretty good to me, thats 30lb in almost six weeks. Take into account, the first week or so when there is the surgery Fluid gain, take into account the typical 3rd or 4th week stall, all in all you are doing well. But generally, we know nothing about you, your height, weight, how many calories you are consuming, how much you lost pre-op....etc etc...I still say its pretty good, and your expectations may possibly be too high dependent on your start weight. 1 Wanda247 reacted to this

FluffyChix 17,415 Posted December 18, 2018 Quit watching 600lb Life. LOL. Very few peeps lose 50lbs per month. ROFL! Most will average 8-10lbs per month over time. That's still 100-120lbs per year. 4 krazymel24, Wanda247, koketika and 1 other reacted to this

Please just concentrate on getting in your water/liquids, Protein, log your food on whatever app that works for you and try to get in some walking if you are able...be realistic with your goals and be kind to yourself. You have a wonderful tool, enjoy it and make it work for you! Don't obsess over it, take one day at a time. It's not a race honey. It's about getting healthy and figuring out a plan of how to keep this weight off for the rest of our lives. I wish you nothing but the best on your journey, we are all here rooting for you ✌️ ((Hugs)) 2 krazymel24 and FluffyChix reacted to this
