mousecat88 2,281 Posted December 13, 2018 (edited) I have a pretty decent home gym and I have bought a few workout DVDs. I have tried Plus Size Cardio Kick, which is 33 minutes of nonstop cardio. I don't really like it because I find the footwork to be very confusing, and 33 minutes a bit too much for someone JUST restarting exercise after 5 years. I have Jillian Michaels Beginner 30 Day Shred and I LOVE IT. I LOVE circuit training. I feel like I get the most out of the exercise... cardio and strength... and I am not killing myself with 30+ minutes of straight cardio. I also have Total Stretch by Jessica Smith; I haven't tried that yet. Anyone have any recommendations for good circuit training DVDs? Especially ones for beginners. I have plenty of weights, etc, to complement the workouts if needed. I also really enjoy yoga, if anyone has some good DVD recommendations there. Nothing too advanced yet. Or maybe a staged approach like Jillian Michaels does. Nothing Zumba-y or dance-y. I am not that coordinated and I get easily confused. LOL. The only one like that I ever liked was Shaun T Hiphop Abs and I lost that DVD and now it is expensive! Edited December 13, 2018 by mousecat88
