Lisa dog mom 0 Posted November 12, 2007 Hi ....I've been enjoying all the messages on the forum so far! I didnt know about this site before my surgery. I chose Dr. Owens and planned to go to him in Long Beach, but i couldn't qualify for the loan amount. I didnt want to put surgery off any longer because I knew I would keep gaining. Dr. Owens bailed me out because he sometimes works with Dr. Lopez in Tijuana, he offered to do my surgery there for me.
