AiyanaC 39 Posted December 8, 2018 I am 8 months post op VSG and have lost 85 pounds! My surgeon is surprised I hit the goal so quickly and can’t predict whether or not I’ll keep losing or stay here. Any tips on how to maintain and not continue to lose???? 4 2 Ed_NW, ProudGrammy, Hop_Scotch and 3 others reacted to this

photogirl70 142 Posted December 8, 2018 Your surgeon or NUT should be able to tell you how many calories you need to eat for maintenance. It's based on your age, height, current weight, gender, and activity level. You can find calorie calculators online to get you in the ball park. 1 AiyanaC reacted to this
