I have never wanted to be "thin" so thinking weights will be best? any personnel trainers on here?? cheers Steve

Healthy_life 1,437 Posted December 2, 2018 Are you released to lift without restrictions? I'm finding many trainers don't have knowledge of bariatrics. But, they do have the knowledge of starting a weight lifting program. Trainers work with many people that had other types of surgery/medical issues. I think @BigViffer can give you some ideas.
