So on Giving Tuesday I decided I was going through my closet. I may have only lost 40 lbs. so far but they do not fit any more. I put together 6 bags of pants, shirts, socks and shoes. I gave them to the Christian mission in my town. What a great feeling. I may not have the money to donate but I can help in other ways.

I did the same. As we are fortunate to get healthier let's use our good fortune to help those not a fortunate.
