Bari_KS 499 Posted November 27, 2018 1wk today since I was sleeved. Lost 10lb on Clear Liquids. Decided to start some exercise by walking 1mile using Leslie Sansone's YouTube video. Nearly fainted by the end of it but made it. My BP was 105/60! Decided to move to full liquids and shipped one carton of Premier Protein. No problems so far. I feel so good and so proud of myself that I made the right choice going for VSG. I love the premier shakes but I heard they were being sued. Cookies and cream is great if you can find it. I have been working out like crazy in gym for the last few months to stay strong and shorten my recovery (I'm 62yo). I walked 1 mile again with Leslie Sansone's video and it was much easier today.
