It may make you feel sick, and eating more than a bean-sized amount at a time can make that worse. Listen to your body, you'll know when it's time to stop. Trust me. lol. You can do this!! looly 361 Posted November 28, 2018 I ate small mouthfuls and left 30 seconds after swallowing before eating again. I was given a 30 second egg timer and I still use it.
