utsupatel 8 Posted November 26, 2018 My weight loss keeps going up and down , since last 1 month. I dont know what to do and what not. I was sleeved on 4th june 2018, its 6th month running and i was 270lbs, right now i am 213 lbs. I am not quite happy with the progress and confused as well as worried about what to do. Orchids&Dragons 9,047 Posted November 26, 2018 Don't worry about stalls, they're beyond your control anyway. Keep to your plan and get your exercise and eventually the stall will break. This is a great time to pay attention to how your clothes fit, how comfortably you can sit in chairs, etc. Have you checked your measurements? 1 Wanda247 reacted to this
TomC 8 Posted January 8, 2019 I was sleeved in July and I also feel like I have been in a stall for the last 2 months. I am trying to up my Water intake, reduce my diet soda intake, and increase exercise. I know we will get through it, But it is hard. I have my 6 month check in tomorrow, and I have barely lost any weight since my 3 month. Not looking forward to it. 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
DebbyC64 31 Posted January 8, 2019 I am almost a month out since my surgery. I lost almost 20 lbs the first two weeks. I only lost a pound this week. Should I be worried I’m eating too much?
TomC 8 Posted January 8, 2019 No, its the body adjusting. I had the same thing. My stall really started around 3 + month, but this is also when Halloween. Thanksgiving, the holidays kicked in, so I am re-committing to the basics and seeing if that does it. You will be fine. So will I.
TomC 8 Posted January 8, 2019 Wow, I hope you get the answer you are seeking. I also hope this is not me. I too feel at times like it makes no sense that I am not breaking the stall. I am now trying to slam Water and be more mindful of what I am eating, but I don't think I am eating too much either. I think I am always below 1000 calories a day. Good luck! 1 drac2you reacted to this
