polly... 71 Posted April 23, 2019 Can you add PP to things that are going to be baked, or very hot?
nomorefattypatty 329 Posted April 30, 2019 I mix elevation vanilla, one scoop in my morning coffee, dont even taste it. It's not too sweet and not too heavy of a vanilla flavor. You can only get Elevation at aldis. The Protein Bars are also good, not too sweet and not many carbs.Sent from my SM-J337P using BariatricPal mobile app 1 polly... reacted to this
nomorefattypatty 329 Posted April 30, 2019 You can mix it in coffee, yogurt, cottage cheese with peaches, milk, ice cream, juice and anything you eat or drink almost. The only real way to find out what you like or dont is to simply try it. Dont be afraid to try different ways to experiment with Protein powder. The worse thing that can happen is you waste a scoop or so. Try anything you can to get your protein in to keep healthy. nomorefattypatty 329 Posted April 30, 2019 I just today made sf Jello and I added a scoop of the elevation vanilla to my jello after I finished putting in the cold Water. It's not clear jello but at least it settles my binge eating at night and I dont add empty calories. It's a win win!Sent from my SM-J337P using BariatricPal mobile app 1 polly... reacted to this
