5 days till surgery

Well im 5 days away from surgery and ive only lost 12lbs in 2-1/2 weeks but a ate a little thanksgiving dinner with my wife today so i probably gained 2 or 3 lbs back!

Ive got 5 days to lose enough weight to make my live shrink just dont know if it will in such few days!!!!

you will be fine. My cousin at some stuff at a wedding 5 days before and she was fine. Just stay clean for the next 5 days. That is what she did.

My surgery is Monday. I cheated a little yesterday, too. But not too much. From everything I read, one little cheat won't screw you up as long as you are good the last 48-72 hours before surgery. Good luck!

My surgery is on Thursday. I am doing my best to stick with my pre-op. My nerves are little wrecked. I've only lost 10 lbs. Hoping to lose 5 more by Thursday.
