KC Chris 9 Posted November 15, 2018 Agree the liquid was difficult because your body is adjusting to a lower quantity of food. broth and egg drop Soup along with Premier shakes (these are very good with little after taste). I did not do a lean meal but a meat with plain veggies would fit the bill. example: chicken and Broccoli or eggs. It gets so much easier on about day 4 of the liquid diet.
