OlRachel 11 Posted November 3, 2018 Has anyone tried the Tespo Vitamin dispenser? Its liquid vitamins. I get really tired with Vitamins and I feel like this might help me absorb them. Anyone else get tired too? It's a drugged up feeling even. I take at night now because I'm unable to function if I take during the day
A-Mac 1 Posted November 3, 2018 Yes, I bought my Tespo dispenser about 4 months ago and I love it! We even bought the men's Vitamin pack for my husband so he's switched the way he takes his Vitamins. It's so easy and is gentle on my pouch. I couldn't take pills because they would hurt my stomach and make me nauseous. I totally recommend the Tespo!
OlRachel 11 Posted November 3, 2018 Awesome thank you! I'll be getting one soon! Do you need to take additional than just the baratric ones?

abefroman329 704 Posted November 4, 2018 Did you check with your surgeon and/or nutritionist? Mine wouldn’t let me do the Patches, and part of the issue was that the Vitamins were dispensed once a day instead of throughout the day, and some (such as calcium) can’t be absorbed in one sitting. Once a month sounds far too good to be true.
AFVet 26 Posted November 4, 2018 I have been unable to take Vitamins in the pill or chewable forms...I never could hold them down and quit trying. I got my Tespo 2-weeks ago and I love it. I’m finally able to take my vitamins. It has a orange citrus flavor that reminds me of tang only not nearly as sweet.

OlRachel 11 Posted November 4, 2018 So, has anyone used this and had their labors drawn and seen that its doing what it's supposed to?
A-Mac 1 Posted November 4, 2018 I've been using it for several months now, I take my Vitamins twice a day and my blood work came out perfect according to my Dr.

With that are you using more than a months supply in 30 days? 1 ElizabethHurlbutt reacted to this
ElizabethHurlbutt 13 Posted November 4, 2018 They give you two bariatric discs since you are taking them twice a day. And one disc of the multi Vitamin.
