My Lap DS was in 2003 the first lap 8 hrs in surgery. An excellent surgeon who went from Omaha to Duke now and his wife was an awesome GI surgeon for children. But a few years after surgery I started having dental problems my teeth fractured and still do it! It drives me nuts. I don't want dentures I take good care of my teeth and lots of bucks on them. Does anyone else have this problem?

Are you supplementing with Calcium? When's the last time you had your blood levels checked? Have you told your doctor about these issues?

@vjsI've had similar issues which have, thankfully, quieted down in the last few years. How much D3 and calcium citrate are you taking? What is your PTH? Do you have osteo issues?
