Post op issues with lifting for power?

I need to start lifting for power for some martial arts competitions. So, I need to increase weight for few reps.

But, wouldn't that require eating to bulk up and break the post op diet, or can I just increase Protein?

I don't need to "power" lift for all body, just upper body.

You're already bulked up. You just need to keep up on your Protein intake to repair those ripped pecks you're going to develop. :) :99_muscle:
