sleevegirl88 54 Posted October 25, 2018 Who else has/had no energy doing their liquid pre-op diet? I feel so sluggish and tired. Makes me want to just burrow under my covers and sleep forever. Luckily only 5 more days to go till surgery. Staying true to the diet but just super tired.

Yeah that's pretty common, hammer the Water, it helps flush out the toxins that your body is more than likely working on getting rid of. 1 FancyChristine15 reacted to this
sleevegirl88 54 Posted October 25, 2018 @Matt Z I finally got myself up to about 80-100 oz a day and im pretty sure you're right on the toxins thing. Trying to still flush out all bad carbs, sugar etc. 2 FancyChristine15 and Matt Z reacted to this
Swimmer 199 Posted October 25, 2018 Very normal. I didn't have much energy post surgery for a few weeks either, though no real pain. I think I was kind of sad and it felt like I was breaking up with food, and I kind of was but slowly this got better. The more I got outside to walk or swim the better I felt and the less I focused on food. You've got this, it gets better. Cheers!
