Could it just ne to soon? My nutritionist said no red meat for at least 6 months. Is that normal. Love Egg Foo Young.

Was that one of foods that bothered you. I heard everyone is different. No surgery hear yet. Probably Dec.

Red meat doesn't bother me. Work any meat though I have to chew really well or I feel full at 3 bites
