Ok so I posted prematurely before tasting it.It was a little chalky but I think it will be a good way in the beginning week post op to get Protein in and not getting in too fast.

I made some with the powder Protein I use along with Gelatin. Came out great taste wise but what a pain in the a** getting them out of the mold.
