Saggy face and neck

What have you done for a saggy face and neck? Lifestyle Lift? Full face lift? Magic potions? Anything else?

I dont know if this will help, but if you look up to the sky and blow kisses, it is suppose to tighten the neck and chin. I've beening doing this

What do you do for the face part. Like my cheeks seem a little deflated and could use some lifting. Preferably no surgery!! I did hear on the news that Olay Regenerist had the best results of facial serums so I'm going to buy some. (can't hurt )
