Hi! My name is Rebecca and I am 30yrs old. I am married with 2 kids, 1 boy and 1 girl. I have been overweight my entire life and am ready to do something about it! My BF Heather introduced me to this site and I have been lurking around. anyone ever used Dr. Vincent Gardner for lapband surgery at Cahaba Valley surgical center in Alabaster? he is doing my surgery Nov 30th. i have Aetna PPO.

Oh my God! I have family in Odenville. I start my 3 month pre-op diet on Tuesday. I hope to have surgery in March 08. Good Luck!

Welcome. so again, has anyone here had lapband done through Cahaba Valley Surgical Center? they are in Alabaster. my surgeon is Dr. Vincent Gardner. just want some feedback on him. like was he a good surgeon , did you seem to care about your well being, did he give pain meds after. stuff like that. i got the impression that he is a good Christian man and i liked him but just want others who have used him opinions. thanks.

my surgery date is November 30th. VERY EXCITED AND VERY, VERY SCARED!!!!!!!!!!
