You put frozen fruit in it...in particular, frozen bananas...and it make the most resplendent delicious frozen desert ever. You can mix it up with all sorts of frozen fruits, but in particular, I like being a purist and making pure banana....topping it with a little pinapple, some fresh sliced strawberries, Sugar Free Chocolate sauce, lite whipped cream and pecans. That said....I've done frozen raspberries and chunks of frozen yogurt that turned out pretty terrific. And even my friend who hates bananas likes my chocolate "ice cream".
