GreenTealael 25,444 Posted October 18, 2018 I'll throw my hat in the ring: I'm not high or low carb. I'm more middle of the road. He's why: I eat mostly plant sources (carbs) some meat, some dairy. I can't eat most animal Proteins, and the ones I can just don't behave well so I have to limit them. I also cannot eat rice Pasta and bread and lose weight. But my goal is not zero. Eventually my health has to take precedence over the mania of weightloss and I will need to begin maintenance. I cant, refuse to eat animal proteins all day long. It's not going to work for me long term. My team knew this when we started together and has backed me 💯 There are alternate paths. Do what will work for you and revise if it doesn't.
