JessieTinez22 13 Posted October 11, 2018 I recently hit my doctor goal of losing 100 pounds since my surgery and I'm not sure if I got to comfy or confident but all the sudden within like a week I had gain 4 pounds. It totally freaked me out so bad because I am so scared to go back to where I have been. I started working out again because I had become a slacker and I started eating better and I am back down to the goal weight, but man that was a wake up call. Anyone else have this happen? I think it has made me realize that this is a lifetime commitment to being a healthier person. But I have also become super obsessed with every tiny fluctuation in my weight now. PSW: 270 lbs CW: 165 lbs My Goal: 145 lbs
MargoCL 677 Posted October 11, 2018 Congratulations on the weight loss. There is no reason to become obsessed, just be mindful moving forward. Yes, our surgeries are a lifelong commitment, we've been given a tool to help us maintain and lose weight. It's up to us to follow through with thatevery day, it is a conscious effort. , 1 FancyChristine15 reacted to this
