So, I've lost a lot of weight and am feeling good. I look better... With my clothes on... Clothes off, I look like a burst balloon and my boobs are like golf balls in tube socks. When my weight has stabilized I plan on surgery. Question is, is there a package deal that does tummy, boobs and bingo wings?!

You may be able to get a decent quote by going to same surgeon for all procedures, however my understanding is a reputable surgeon will not do a Tummy Tuck and a Brachioplasty/arm lift at the same time.

You see a lot of tummy boob combo and arm boob combo but not a lot of all three.

There are places that will do all of them at once, most will advise that they will plan on doing them all, but how you do in surgery would dictate if they actually do all 3 at once. You see a *LOT* of "all in 1" surgeries with those getting plastics in Mexico.

I'm planning on the same procedures, but splitting it in two. Boobs/arms and then stomach in another round the following year. :)

My PS would not do breasts and arms together as Kim noted. Skin is pulling in opposite directions. That said many PS combine them.

I had my stomach (vertical and hip to hip) with muscle repair and my arms (extended down my sides) at the same time back in january. My surgeon would not have done anything else at the same time along with those.

I want the full 360 lift with the butt, tummy, thighs, hips... and then my arms. Part of me wishes they'd do it all at once so I could just get it over with, BUT, I know that the skin removals are extremely painful and I don't want to be totally immobilized... so two procedures is probably best, even if they would do it all at the same time.

Advise not to do arms w LBL/tummy tuck at same time, boobs and LBL done together are okay. It is very difficult to take care of your drains, hygiene, take compression garment on and off, etc with LBL, boobs, and arms all at once. But some surgeons will do multiples.

I am considering Dr. Peter Fisher in San Antonio when I get to that point. He does combine some surgeries and includes butt lift with LBL as standard procedure at no extra cost, uses your fat he lipos.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
