lzucks 232 Posted October 4, 2018 Same. Less Protein Shakes and more food seems to help. So does mouthwash. It will get better! 1 Kbridge reacted to this

Or it could be due to all the meds and the surgery. My tastes changed for a little while. But went back to normal a little while down the road. 1 Kbridge reacted to this

Frustr8 7,886 Posted October 4, 2018 letting hours elapse instead of the continual liquid replenishment they drone on about. Been out shopping instead of swilling down liquids in public. 1 Kbridge reacted to this
irishgal21 27 Posted October 6, 2018 I asked a similar question. It's seemingly caused by ketosis... My mouth and breath feel stinking. Sent from my SM-G955F using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Kbridge reacted to this

GwennyPenny 108 Posted October 6, 2018 Low carb high Protein can leave an unpleasant taste. When I was on the Optifast shakes Pre surgery I always felt like my teeth and tongue were both furry no matter how much I brushed Sent from my CPH1607 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Kbridge reacted to this
