Can someone please help me understand what foods to avoid in references to avoiding a plateau in your weight loss and nutrition please🌹

Plateaus are going to happen occasionally. Some people have more, some less, but weight loss is not linear. Plus, our bodies are all different. Just focus on sticking with your plan.

Make sure you track your measurements. You'll find that often when the scale isn't moving, you're dropping inches. I have never yet had a week where I didn't lose either pounds or inches since my surgery in February.
