I’m really considering going to the emergency room tomorrow morning. I’m miserable. I can’t even keep Water down nor have I been able to meet my Fluid intake. I wish I didn’t have this surgery now. I’m so defeated 😕

How are you feeling? Have you made it to the doctor/ER, yet? Keep us posted, please!?!?

I went to the doctors today and I’m dehydrated. The infusion center couldn’t fit me in so I have to go back tomorrow to get fluids and I’m back on a liquid diet until Thursday

I was sleeved 29 mov it doesn't seem like I was sled I feel I am eating to much have only lost 9 lbs but my starting weight was low this week has to be better have been on a stall since week 1. Any suggestions

I wouldn't fret, from what I've noticed is the bigger you are the faster you loose your small already lol. Once your able to work out and be more active you'll see more Weightloss. A lot of girls say that once they were able to eat real food they started loosing more strange huh. Keep your head up ! I found eating lots of times throughout the day has sped up my Weightloss. When I was almost getting anything in the scale wasn't moving but now that I'm eating it's dropping quickly.

Hey everyone! So I just had my 1 month appointment (but really I am 6 weeks out, so two more weeks of soft foods and then no restrictions according to my plan, Dr. was thrilled with my progress so far, 30lbs since surgery 50 since we met lol (yes I am back in a stall) lol but I am ok with that. I keep following my plan, the best part was she told me she was removing all restrictions (first thing I did was go home and pick up my daughter BEST FEELING EVER). She also increased my exercise goals so that was great too! I got up this morning and did 2.5 miles on the elliptical and than was treated to a bathroom surprise lol. I feel pretty good about it all, except they have said to finish out my Protein Drinks and buy no more... try and get Protein in through just foods, So I am going to try and work out a plan, I tried to say but hey I am not hungry, she said she understands, but the Liquid Protein is taking a lot of room, and I may be able to eat more on days I don't have it... so we will see... over all it was a great meeting, and hopefully I will break my stall this week! Fingers crossed!

Well had my one month post op. Everything went well but they were concerned about my leg soreness. Had to get an ultrasound done to check for DVT.
Waiting on the results. Send all your good vibes please [emoji20]

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
