tschism1 2 Posted September 19, 2018 So today was my first day on phase 3. I ate my first meal shredded turkey deli meat and reduced fat cheeses total 2 oz. Well I was able to eat 1 oz. I had a meeting at my daughter's school and while walking up to the door it felt like the food was stuck . I chewed forever waited 3 min in between bites. And 15 min later there I was vomiting in the office trash can. I felt much better, then 30 min late I was running to the restroom vomiting again. I don't want anything else to eat. I'm done. Something similar happened to me my first day with scrambled eggs, a little shredded cheese and guacamole. I ate 2 bites (small) in total and got sick. Since then I've had eggs and cheese separately and together no issues. Haven't dared to try the guacamole again yet. Anyway, where I'm going with this, it's said not to introduce "new" foods simultaneously. Choose 1 new item today and 1 tomorrow. Wait a few days or weeks and try again.
