MusicalKate13 241 Posted September 18, 2018 Hello! My name is Kate, I had gastric sleeve surgery on August 27th, 2018 in La Crosse, WI! I've finally moved onto the pureed/soft food stage, but am on that for the next 5 weeks Anyway, things are going well and I added exercise back in last week. I wear a Fitbit Flex2 because I'm a swimmer and coach and I can go in the Water with it. However it doesn't currently have a feature in the nutrition portion where it says how many grams of Protein, carbs, fats, etc. and goals. I know everyone recommends My Fitness Pal, but I'd like to avoid creating a whole other account and then enter my info in two separate things. Has anyone found a way around this or do I just have to suck it up and have 2 platforms?

Fitbit most certainly has nutrition entry, you just need to do so from the site or the app, I don't know of any smartwatch or fitness tracker that lets you enter nutrition directly from the wearable. https://www.fitbit.com/foods/log And MyFitnessPal links up with your fitbit account. 1 MusicalKate13 reacted to this
