I am having mine on the 26th as well and I am having the bypass surgery. I am on the 4th day of the liquid fast. I am doing well I think.

I just signed up with this app! My surgery ESG is September 24! Is see my dr Monday to give me more do’s and don’ts. I’m excited! It took me 90 days to get approved by the insurance.

I was having a Protein Shake for Breakfast and lunch, and then a sandwich with as much Protein as a shake for dinner at work with two cheese sticks, and a yogurt snack when I got home from work.
