DebC 0 Posted November 11, 2007 Yup, just put all in the crockpot raw. I start out on high til it comes to a bubble then turn to low for about 5 or 6 hrs. For sandwiches for family, I use Buns and swiss cheese. You can also brown onions and green peppers if you want. My hubbies just loves these sandwiches. And me...I love the broth! Enjoy! minidee 0 Posted November 12, 2007 Thanks DebC for the recipes! My doctor also put me on some creamy recipes which does help also. I never thought seeing other people eat would be so hard. Watching my family eat, I wanted to scream at them and tell them they couldn't eat. (I didn't) but I really wanted to.. I am eating cream of wheat which curb my hunger, also yogurt. Yesterday I slept all day, so today I am hoping to cook some things to get me thru the week. I still have some pains in my stomach, but I am not trying to take the meds.
