Just try to think about where you will be a year from now and hold on to that thought! =) An overwhelming majority of WLS patients say it's the best decision they have ever made, not necessarily the easiest though.

I’m starting 2 week liquid diet today. I ordered a bunch of Protein juices, broth, shakes, etc online but they aren’t here yet (I ordered almost 2 weeks ago with express shipping!)

So now I’m going to have to go to the grocery store, which I hate - and try to figure out stuff that will meet the liquid diet requirements. Any tips for me?

My surgery date is 10/15/18 - the day before my 25th wedding anniversary. I am extremely excited, but nervous. I have had major surgery before, so not really worried about the surgery itself, I just don't want to let myself down.

I'm one of the October 3 folks, and I won't do my post-surgery check-in before I get home on (here's hoping) the 4th--I use these forums through the browser, not the app. I also won't update the list of surgery buddies for a couple of days, so if someone else wants to, feel free?
