today Is my 7 days since surgery! Whoo. Yesterday I took a turn, for some reason yesterday i had the bottomless pit of liquid diet. no sipping involved. i seemed to have been able to drink normal ( pre surgery) I drank 22 oz of Water in less than an hour. Couldn't get enough of water. drank Protein Shake no problem. broth. no problem. This morning ate greek yogurt, the whole container in 10 mins. normal bites.

It's kinda freaking me out. why do you think this is? Oh and I don't feel full. I see my doctor later today and of course I will ask but kinda want know whats going on

Sounds typical/normal. Everyone heals at different rates and everyone doesn't have the same sensations, sounds like you got lucky and those sliders are sliding on through without issue. Being able to drink normally is a good thing believe it or not! Once you move to solid foods you'll get the restriction you are expecting. Just watch your intakes, you don't want to over shoot your calorie goals.

I'll be interested in what your doctor has to day. When I was 2 days out, I went in for IV therapy and after I got home, it was magical because from that point on, no more tiny sips! I was able to drink a normal drink of Water and shakes. I wasn't parched or anything like that. Six days post op, I called my doctor about another issue and during our conversation, I mentioned how I was so tired of shakes and broth and it seemed I was hungry. She told me to start eating scrambled eggs and if I was okay with that, I could then move on to other soft/pureed foods.

I think the yogurt and other foods like Soups and even the pureed foods just are easier to eat without giving us a full feeling. Once you move to textured foods, you'll be able to feel full.

It simply means that you no longer have any significant inflammation in your stomach, so fluids are flowing pretty freely, as they should. You won't really feel much fullness until you get into more solid foods that stay in your stomach longer.
