AllyJonesVSG 184 Posted August 26, 2018 I'm hoping to start a food/life hack discussion here, so we can share things that help us in the journey for everybody's benefit. I've started doing a big batch of cooking on Sundays, so I have easily accessible food during the week. I just did a big batch of grilled chicken that I can add to salad or eat on its own this week for lunches. I also cooked a filet that is big enough for 3 servings for my new smaller stomach. Plus I cooked spicy ground turkey to add to salsa & veggies for lettuce wraps or add to Beans for chili. It helps me be far less tempted to snack on junk or processed food when I'm too busy to cook during the week. How about you guys? Thanks for any ideas! 2 J San and AEdoesRnY reacted to this
J San 1,071 Posted August 26, 2018 Great topic. I usually cook a butterflied chicken breast early in the week which will be good for 4 to 5 meals. I will slice a banana (or a bunch) put it in a sandwich bag and throw it in the freezer. Ready to add to my Protein Shake both as flavor and "ice". Don't have any other hacks but hope to pick up some from this thread. 1 AllyJonesVSG reacted to this
