Kaseyn2boys 69 Posted August 31, 2018 A, but that's the thing FloweryNYC. I am eating less because I know I need to, not because I am not hungry. I only eat 3 oz because the Dr says so not because I couldn't eat more. I don't feel restriction at all. In fact if I didn't get a slight pain when I drink sometimes I wouldn't even know I ha d surgery.

You won't feel real restriction till you move to solid foods, especially Proteins. I'm going on 4 weeks out and my scale hasn't really moved much beyond a few pounds in the past week/week and a half. I'm not at all concerned, I've dieted many times in the past and know what a weight loss stall is. Our bodies are still sorting themselves out after the massive trauma we put them through. If this is really bothering you, my recommendation would be to stay off the scale for a month and just keep following your post-op diet plan.
