I actually gained right after surgery. I just kept walking and did it as often as I could. At first I did 4, 15 minute walks then 4,, 20 minute walks .. I just pushed a little more each day. My surgery was in April. I finally started losing in May. My doctor told me my body was in shock. Keep moving, it will come. I started at 282 and today I am 199.8. I am 56. It is possible.
Thanks @domi, I'll try to keep this in mind if this happens to me. I am impatient to start losing weight after my surgery and maybe will your testimony I'll remember I will, lose at my rate and no one else's!

Try not to compare your journey too others. We all lose at different rates. Also you may lose inches and not weight at times. Hang in there. We are here for you.
Mine was slow-ish also but it will happen. There's a lot of bloating, gas, and Constipation that could be to blame. Try not to focus on the weight loss right now-look at how little you're eating now, it will show up on the scale eventually. Hang in there
You will get there. Everyone’s journey is different. Don’t give up!
I did consider I may be losing inches and not lbs, but I hadn't taken measurements since June, so I honestly don't know. In my head I have lol.
