So glad you got past your first challenge. I hope your family is supportive as well. I know how you feel. My whole family loves food, and they all have weight problems as well. I am going to appreciate fine foods, just in smaller portions. All the best.

Thank you. Yes. It was a challenge but I overcame it. Thankfully. That’s the way to look at it-that we will be able to be appreciate fine foods in moderation and in smaller portions. All the best to you as well.
