J San 1,071 Posted August 16, 2018 Maybe pick up some flavorless Protein Powder and add it to your broth. Extra Protein and will fill you up for a portion of the day. Or drink protein waters, I used Protein2O. SF Jello and SF ice pops were a life saver as well. Good luck to you.

I see my nutritionist 8/21 and I’m excited about that. On my home scale I’ve lost 13 pounds or so. TMI:Are you pooping okay? Sent from my SM-G928T using BariatricPal mobile app Wait, you're starving? Actually eating solid food is the last thing I'd be interested in. I have to force myself to even drink Water or broth.. 1 KRush88 reacted to this
findingme65 13 Posted August 18, 2018 I was sleeved 8/1. I started pureed on the 11th. Saw my surgeon yesterday. I told him in the Morning I scramble an egg with a tiny bit of cheese and then add 3 Small dinner spoons of Low fat cottage cheese . I eat half for Breakfast and then the other half at lunch. Throughout the day I'll have a few sugar free popsicles maybe one sugar free pudding and then in the evening if I'm hungry about 4 spoons of refried Beans. He told me I'm eating too muchSent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

Frustr8 7,886 Posted August 18, 2018 Depends on your surgeon's plan, some are ready for,it, some aren't. Your doctor probably tailors his advice to your need. A blanket Yes or No can't be given on here.

Livetothrive 24 Posted September 12, 2018 During liquid I ate: Yogurt, blended Soups, Jello, sugar-free popsicles, Fairlife milk (has WAY more Protein than regular milk and no lactose), chicken broth, sugar-free pudding It's rough - but it's really a pretty short amount of time. I just graduated to pureed diet and that transition is going slowly. My new tummy doesn't like some of the foods. I didn't digest pureed ground turkey well...at all. It is definitely a lot of trial and error! Best of luck to you!
