I second thecbddistillery.com. I've been using it for a few weeks now, sublingually. It really helps my hip pain, doesn't eliminate it, but helps it and gives me an overall sense of well being. I'm sleeping better and just feel better in general.

I've read different reports on if you should start with a low dose and build up or start with a higher dose and back down.

For me a dose in the morning lasts for most of the day. I'll sometimes take a second dose in the evening, or I'll just deal with the increase in pain.

Since I can no longer take Aleve or Ibuprofen for my backaches and pains, I’m looking into using CBD oil tintures to replace them. Does anyone use it for pain and inflammation? I don’t live a legal state, so it would be just the CBD, not THC.

Yes!, CBD oil tintures are wonderful for pain, inflammation, Migraines, anxiety etc... I started 4 weeks ago and by the end of the week I felt a big difference. I haven't taken any meds since I started.
