I read that with gastric bypass your matabolism remains normal or returns to normal after a year, unlike with the biggest loser people who's matabolisms stayed damaged even after regaining the weight.

How about sleeve? Several years in is your matabolism normal?

I am 5 years out and I don't get hunger at all. I hope and pray this never changes for me. Not that I don't fight with my mind all the time. The mind hunger is the worst to live with. Good Luck and I hoope everything works out for you too.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
