mav2126 18 Posted August 9, 2018 i broke my stall. I was stuck at 228-229 for 2 weeks and I just weighed in at 225. Woot! Woot! I can't tell you how stressed I was during the stall. I thought I would never lose weight again and that I wasted all this effort on the surgery. Man it was a roller coaster. New challenge 18 Posted August 10, 2018 I too stalled. On track until I saw dietitian, a month ago and at that stage I was loosing too much too quick, then I have just spent the last month loosing very little and four days at a time on same weight. Disappointed. Had my appointment with diabetic specialist this time last week and he gave me a script for refilled pen to take one day, once a week. He said my body hadn’t caught up. One injection and I have started to move again in the right direction. Also I now have to get thyroid checked out. I had heard about stalls but I think we have done the right thing and it just takes time for mind and body to adjust and change our ways. A slow process but well worth it in the long run. J San 1,071 Posted August 10, 2018 Congrats on getting past your stall. In bit of a stall myself for the last week or so. Was 315lbs for a few day, was only taking in 400-500 calories a day. Up to about 550-650 in the last two days. Along with walking, hoping this will kick the weight loss back into gear.
