What Vitamins are recommended? Should I start taking them now or wait til after surgery? Supposed to have surgery end of next month.

What surgery are you having? Bypass requires a Multivitamin, sublingual B12 and Calcium. Duodenal requires that plus ADEK Vitamins. Sleeve and Band I'm not sure.

Honestly haven’t really decided but leaning more towards the sleeve.
