Intermittent Fasting Thoughts

I’m interested in intermittent fasting. I see many people doing it to help get out of a stall. Has anyone done this and if so what tips can you provide me?

Like what should I eat and when should I do it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🤗

It’s how I’ve always eaten, even as a child, and how I continue to eat.
I have only liquids until approx 2pm. Then I eat my meals between 2pm and 9pm.
During maintenance, my calories fluctuate based upon activity level. Alway low carb, high Protein and as much fat as I want.
Right now I’m 2.5 month’s post Sleeve. I do about 500-600 calories...mostly protein and fat. Maybe 30-40g carbs.
