acuttita 49 Posted August 7, 2018 I’m interested in intermittent fasting. I see many people doing it to help get out of a stall. Has anyone done this and if so what tips can you provide me? Screwballski 540 Posted August 9, 2018 It’s how I’ve always eaten, even as a child, and how I continue to eat. I have only liquids until approx 2pm. Then I eat my meals between 2pm and 9pm. During maintenance, my calories fluctuate based upon activity level. Alway low carb, high Protein and as much fat as I want. Right now I’m 2.5 month’s post Sleeve.
