Anything you can see though is a "clear" it doesn't actually have to be "clear". So, Water with some sugar free / calorie free flavoring, even if it's colored, is still a "clear".

God Bless Crystal Light, Mio and Decaffinated tea, there is NOTHING NASTIER than puddle-warm drinking Water, I like cold liquids, hot tea but Please deliver me from room-temp things!

broth gives you the impression that you've had a meal. Sugary drinks don't do that for you. sugar-free Jello counts, too, and gives your stomach a bit of feeling of "fullness"

I liked actual Soup drained instead of broth. It was more filling. I started V8 week 2 and was a lifesaver! Also there's some really good Powerade zeros and Protein waters out there.
