jc14bar 15 Posted November 10, 2018 Update, I had my surgery on 9/27/2018 at 1:00pm. Started in May at 375. Surgery weight 315. Today's weight 265. Its been an interesting few months. From the two weeks on clear liquid to the last month learning how to eat. I say learning because that is what I'm doing. I found out the hard way that one extra bite of cauliflower mash is what will make me sick. Learned that salmon is really good at filling me up and not making me sick. Read a post earlier about how the brain and the body are fighting each other. I have had alot of that. I also noticed how many food ads are on t.v. Need to work out more, but now that I'm back to normal work, the body is just too tired. If anyone wants to chat with me, ask questions, or any reason at all, feel free to message me. 1 Liz The New Me reacted to this
