sjeter 6 Posted August 2, 2018 Hi everyone, what's a good # of CARBS to set for a goal? My baritastic app has it set at 44carbs daily. Sent from my SM-N950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
Screwballski 540 Posted August 3, 2018 That actually sounds about right depending on where you are in the process. I try not to eat over 30-35g each day. I had a Protein Bar as a treat so I’m going to finish today at 43g’s. That’s a big day for me. 1 sjeter reacted to this
BrookeR 25 Posted August 3, 2018 I was told no more than 30g but preferably less 1 sjeter reacted to this
RickM 1,752 Posted August 3, 2018 I ignored carb and fat counts. If you have a suitable amount of Protein and your calories are low enough to promote the desired weight loss, you will by default be on a low carb and low fat diet. Let the numbers fall where they may (in retrospect, looking at my past data, my carbohydrates and fats were, on average, split about even calorically. That was not a specific goal, but just the way things shook out looking after the nutritional side of things. 3 sjeter, roleypoley and JaiRap reacted to this

Jdesmond73 138 Posted August 3, 2018 No carbs here. I am a carb addict. I am afraid if it go there, I’ll fall off the deep end. Focusing on lean Protein an low carb veggies makes my Life easier
redhead_che 824 Posted August 5, 2018 My program allows up to 70 a day once you reach “real” food stage, or end stage. I usually stay around 30-40 unless I’m having a mocha 😂
