skinnymeeeeeee 3 Posted August 1, 2018 What are some of your favorite foods on the liver shrinking diet? Currently 14 pre op 1 Frustr8 reacted to this
Yourgirlnina 18 Posted August 2, 2018 My liver diet was very strict. 4 Protein Drinks a day (brand specific too) and half cup of vegetables (from a list of 6 to pick from) that’s it. This was hardest part of surgery for me. Smells from family & coworkers lunches/dinners was excruciating. I basically stayed away from everyone during those 10 days 2 Frustr8 and clsumrall reacted to this

ChellNC 162 Posted August 2, 2018 I'm so jealous of those who can eat veggies on the pre-op diet. Mine only allows liquids. Hope I can stay strong and sane. 1 Frustr8 reacted to this

Yourgirlnina 18 Posted August 2, 2018 I found this Thai culinary stock that I’d use to cook my vegetables in...it had great flavor & just enough heat (med is too hot for me). It helped satisfy my urges for change & flavor 4 ChellNC, Frustr8, clsumrall and 1 other reacted to this

Frustr8 7,886 Posted August 4, 2018 Is it a national brand store offering or just a local market? It looks and sounds so good.🍮 1 clsumrall reacted to this
macadamia 591 Posted August 4, 2018 It's an east coast grocery chain. I could not find a way to purchase it online.

Frustr8 7,886 Posted August 6, 2018 There are on Virginia, MD , NY , MA and think either New Jersey or Pennsylvania, so see I don't have any Wegmans either. I don't even have Meijer or Giant 3agle, there are at least 30 miles away. I have. Krogers, Wal-Mart and an IGA and we have 20,000 people population.
