Redapples 27 Posted August 2, 2018 Have you thought about using "no sugar added" food items? Still a little sugar but nowhere near the amount as in regular foods. My problem was the taste of the artificial sweeteners in the sugar free items. Couldn't tolerate it at all. I ate a lot of Outshine no sugar added popsicles during the first weeks. Glad you reached out to your team! No more added sugar I found other way to bring my sugar level upSent from my SM-N920T using BariatricPal mobile app
Screwballski 540 Posted August 2, 2018 Crystal light makes mixes with stevia now. You can find them in your supermarket. Freeze some to make your own sugar free pops. Everything is too sweet for me...including the mixes I just mentioned. I just dilute everything with Water. Even “no sugar added” juices have lots of sugar in them. You may want to dilute them to cut down on your intake. The bottom line is, you are the only one who will be held accountable for your decisions. Your health and progress is solely your responsibility. If you need help, folks here are always willing. Best wishes! 2 Redapples and BostonWLKC reacted to this
